About the Journal
The Journal of Integrated Veterinary and One Health (JIVOH) is an international, peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to publishing high-impact research at the interface of veterinary medicine and the One Health framework. The journal positions veterinary science as a central discipline in addressing global challenges linking animal health, human health, and environmental sustainability.
JIVOH publishes innovative and methodologically robust studies in veterinary medicine, animal science, and related fields, including zoonotic diseases, epidemiology, antimicrobial resistance, animal reproduction, food safety, environmental health, and sustainable livestock production systems. Particular emphasis is placed on research that advances animal health, productivity, and welfare while generating meaningful implications for public health and ecosystem resilience.
The journal prioritizes translational and applied research, aiming to bridge the gap between scientific discovery and practical implementation in clinical practice, livestock systems, and public health policy. Interdisciplinary approaches and studies with clear real-world impact are strongly encouraged.
All manuscripts are published in English and undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. JIVOH operates under a continuous publication model, in which articles are published online immediately after acceptance and final editing within a single annual volume.
The journal follows a full open access policy, ensuring rapid dissemination, global visibility, and unrestricted access to scientific knowledge.
